When will my cables be ready to ship?
Because all our cables are made by hand, order fulfillment takes between 24-48 hours for standard lengths.  Custom lengths require 48-72 hours.  All cables are tested before shipment.

Is it safe to use a credit card?
Absolutely! We only charge actual shipping, so we ask for your shipping information to calculate your exact price in the shopping cart. After that, you will be directed to our secure payment gateway where your credit card information is entered into a secure server.

Do you prefer Guerrilla Silver or Guerrilla Copper?
I don't feel that one is better than the other, rather it is how they perform in your system. If your system is lacking some detail, a little mellow or perhaps slightly soft (or if you feel you are missing something in the highs), you will benefit from Guerrilla Silver cables. If your system is a little bright, edgy, or overly analytical (or if you just love a warm presentation), we recommend Guerrilla Copper. Most of our solid-state customers choose Guerrilla Copper. Most of tube customers choose Guerrilla Silver. These observations are generalizations. You should choose based on how your system sounds.

If I want to phone in my order, when should I call?
We take web orders 24 hours a day, but if you wish to speak to us, our hours are 8am to 5pm (Mountain Standard Time) Monday through Friday.

How much is shipping?
Domestic Orders (within the USA):

We offer several shipping methods for Domestic shipping.

USPS Priority Mail is our lowest price option. It is a flat rate, depending on the total amount of the order. Priority Mail does not provide tracking information, but averages a 3-Day Delivery time.

The rate for Priority Mail is calculated by the total order amount.

We also offer UPS Ground, 2nd Day, and Overnight options.

UPS privides tracking details for your packages.  All UPS prices are calculated in real time, using your address. You will need to enter you address in order to UPS to generate your shipping price.

International Orders:

For international orders, we ship packages using USPS Airmail.   For Airmail we charge a flat rate shipping charge based on the total order amount.  The following rates apply to International Shipping:
